1st Time Yahshua came early: Was not yet time to judge...
Joh 12:47 - And if any man hear my words, and believe not, I judge him not: for I came not to judge the world, but to save the world. Joh 12:48 - He that rejecteth me, and receiveth not my words, hath one that judgeth him: the word that I have spoken, the same shall judge him in the last day.

2nd Time He is come: Those with authority will judge...
Rev 20:4 I saw thrones on which were seated those who had been given authority to judge. And I saw the souls of those who had been beheaded because of their testimony for Jesus and because of the word of God. They had not worshiped the beast or his image and had not received his mark on their foreheads or their hands. They came to life and reigned with Christ a thousand years.
