To the question,which Presidential Candidate can fix the financial crisis? Let me respond.
Neither Candidate can fix the problem since the crisis is not really a crisis but rather compliance to United Nations peace plan AKA The New World Order (Islamic Socialism) wherein the 'Haves' surrender land or wealth to the 'Have-nots' in exchange for peace. or in other words 'redistribution of wealth=Socialism.
The target of the 9-11 terrorist was our financial structure. This attack came from within, and when you have a Presidential Candidate with 'ties with terrorist' that's one thing, but when this same Presidential Candidate has ties with those who violated the law (Democratic Congress) and mandate to banks to loan to those who can't repay, which results in a Stockmarket Stampede, and a financial crisis that makes 9-11 pale in comparison then it's time to find out what's really going on.
McCain on the other hand having knowledge of his competitions ties with local terrorist, and involvement with the financial crisis, combined with Obama's earmarks of funding the Black Liberation Theology and the likes of Louis Farrakhan, yet McCain does nothing but tell his followers that Obama is a decent person and demands his followers obey Obama and tone it down, while Black Politicians claim that criticism of Obama's terrorist ties could result in 'a fire that will consume us all' only confirms the fact that neither party can solve the crisis, for the crisis is the matrix that causes those who sacrificed their children to defend the American way, now gladly will embrace Socialism, not to mention the Presidential Candidate who has already declared his loyalty will be with the Muslims. Not all Americans are stupid.
