All them…which destroyest all the earth:

The Name Belshazzar = "Bel protect the king" King of Babylon(Ba BeL on) at the time of its fall; he to whom Daniel interpreted the writing on the wall

Judgment was Given to the Saints
and, behold, one like the Son of man came with the clouds of heaven,

came to the Ancient of days, and they brought him near before him.

there was given him dominion, and glory, and a kingdom, that all people, nations, and languages, should serve him: his dominion is an everlasting dominion, which shall not pass away,
and
his kingdom that which shall not be destroyed.Dan:7:13-14

behold a fourth beast, dreadful and terrible, and strong exceedingly; and it had great iron teeth: it devoured and brake in pieces, and stamped the residue with the feet of it:

Dan 7:9 I beheld till the thrones were cast down,

Dan 7:21 I beheld, and the same horn (4th beast) made war with the saints,

prevailed against them;

Dan 7:26-27 But the judgment shall sit,

they shall take away his dominion, to consume and to destroy it unto the end.
And
the kingdom and dominion, and the greatness of the kingdom under the whole heaven, shall be given to the people of the saints of the Most High, whose kingdom is an everlasting kingdom, and all dominions shall serve and obey him. Hitherto is the end of the matter

after these things I saw; four angels standing on the four corners of the earth, holding the four winds of the earth, that the wind should not blow on the earth, nor on the sea, nor on any tree.

I saw another angel ascending from the east, having the seal of the living God:
and
he cried with a loud voice to the four angels, to whom it was given to hurt the earth and the sea, Saying, Hurt not the earth, neither the sea, nor the trees, till we have sealed the servants of our God in their foreheads. Rev 7:1-3
