The Dove in the Ark of Noah was sent out 3 times to look for the land to appear... It was the 3rd time of its release that it was found and did not return to the ark but went forth to replenish the land...It was 7 days after the first 7 days had passed... 7+7 = 14

Hanging Basket with 4 Faces and 8 Wings,

2 White Doves and 1 Blue Dove, Messengers in the Waters,

all flowing togherher

A Sceptre at the Throne

of

YHWH in the midst of it All...
